Terms of service
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms apply to the Sanare app, the Sanare for Teams dashboard and this website (together, “Sanare”), provided by Mykhailo Liakh, NIP 6751765918. By creating an account you agree to them.
Sanare is not medical advice
Sanare shows wellness data from your devices and an AI coach’s comments on it. It is not a medical device. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and the coach’s suggestions are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before changing your training, sleep or health routine, and seek medical help if you feel unwell. The AI coach can be wrong. Check anything important.
Your account
You must be at least 16 to use Sanare. You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your devices secure, and tell us at hello@sanare.fit if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Connected services
Sanare reads data from services you connect, such as Garmin Connect and Apple Health. Their terms also apply to your use of them. Sanare depends on their availability and can’t guarantee that every metric is always available or accurate. Garmin is a trademark of Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries, and Apple Health is a trademark of Apple Inc. Sanare is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garmin or Apple.
Families and companies
When you join a family, its members see your daily health stats. When you join a company, its admins see the metrics you choose to share. Only invite people who have agreed to join. A company that buys Sanare for Teams must not require employees to share health data, and must not use shared data for decisions about an individual’s employment.
Plans and payment
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, Individual, Family and Teams plans are paid monthly at the prices shown on our website, unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Teams plans are billed to the company per member. If a plan ends, your data stays in your account, but some features may no longer be available.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Sanare: don’t try to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Your data
Your health data belongs to you. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your data.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Sanare available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these terms, we will tell you before they take effect.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on data or suggestions in Sanare. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending your use
You can stop using Sanare and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
